All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ummyteam@ummyshakes.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and our support team will take care of it — whether that means a refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to limit refunds or replacements at our sole discretion if we detect patterns of misuse.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
Subscriptions
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard before the next billing date. If you are charged for an order you intended to cancel, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve it.
