At Superfood Organics LLC dba Ummy® (shop.ummyshakes.com), your satisfaction matters deeply to us. We take great care to ensure every bottle of Ummy® Kids Superfood Shake arrives fresh, safe, and delicious.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped.
Something Wrong? We'll Make It Right.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ummyteam@ummyshakes.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and our support team will take care of it — whether that means a refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to limit refunds or replacements at our sole discretion if we detect patterns of misuse.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders follow the same perishable-product refund policy as one-time orders. You may manage payment methods and cancel future renewals through the Stripe customer portal linked from your verified account dashboard. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund an order that has already been processed. Contact ummyteam@ummyshakes.com promptly about an unexpected recurring charge or a damaged, defective, or incorrect subscription order.
