Here’s how it works
- 1Valid for first-time orders only.
- 2Applies to one (1) 4-pack. Because we don't currently offer single-bottle samples or mix packs, our guarantee is designed to let you try one full 4-pack risk-free. This helps us keep prices fair for all families while still honoring our mission of transparency and trust.
- 3Must request refund within 30 days of delivery.
- 4No need to return the product — we'd rather you share it with someone else who might love it.
- 5One refund per household.

Simply email us at support@ummyshakes.com with: your order number, your shipping address, and optionally a quick note on what didn’t work — we’re always trying to learn and improve. We’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Returns (Non-Taste Guarantee)
Because our shakes are perishable, we do not accept returns on any opened or consumed items. If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect — please contact us at support@ummyshakes.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily make it right.
