This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your data when you visit shop.ummyshakes.com (the "Store"), purchase Ummy® Kids Superfood Shakes, or interact with our services. 1. Information We Collect
Information you provide: Name, email address, phone number, and shipping address when you place an order, create an account, or contact us. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
Automatically collected: Device and browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies and similar technologies. Order history and account activity within the Store.
From children: Our Store is designed for parents and guardians, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian, you provide information on behalf of your child when purchasing our products.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and ship your orders, manage your account and order history, respond to your inquiries and support requests, send transactional order updates, improve our Store and services, and comply with legal obligations. We send promotional email only when you affirmatively select the optional marketing checkbox during checkout or otherwise subscribe.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate the Store (for example, Stripe for payments, shipping carriers for fulfillment, and Omnisend for order processing and opted-in marketing email), with legal authorities if required by law, and in the event of a business transfer or acquisition. Meta Pixel receives advertising measurement data only after you allow marketing tracking and when Global Privacy Control is not enabled.
4. Cookies and Tracking
The Store uses browser storage needed to remember your cart and privacy choice. We also use Vercel Analytics to understand Store usage. Meta Pixel is disabled by default and loads only after you choose "Allow marketing." If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Meta Pixel remains disabled. Use the "Privacy choices" control at the bottom of the Store to allow or decline Meta Pixel at any time. Declining marketing tracking does not affect your ability to purchase products.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your data (subject to legal exceptions), and opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can decline Meta Pixel through the Store's "Privacy choices" control and unsubscribe from promotional email through the link in any marketing message. 6. Data Security
We use reasonable measures including encryption and secure servers to protect your information. However, no online system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

8. Children's Privacy
Our Store is designed for parents and guardians of children ages 1–12. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
